Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
It must be in the same condition as when you received it.
It should be unworn or unused, with tags still attached.
It must be in its original packaging.
You'll need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Initiating a Return

Please ensure that you contact us and obtain a return shipping label before sending the item back. Items sent to us without prior return authorization will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified. If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs. However, for general returns or exchanges, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Transaction Fee
Please note that if a refund request is made after 7 days of purchase, a transaction fee of 6% will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and take appropriate measures to rectify it.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way to ensure you get the desired product is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must meet the same eligibility criteria mentioned above.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. We will inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
