Shipping Method:
We offer two shipping methods:

Standard Shipping: This is our default shipping method for most orders. To provide an efficient service, we often consolidate multiple standard shipping orders into one batch.

Estimated Delivery Time: 4 weeks from the date of purchase.

Please Note: As part of this process, your order may be held for a week or more before it is shipped out. This does not change the total estimated delivery timeframe.

Express Shipping: We also offer express shipping for customers who prefer faster shipping option. Estimated delivery time is 14-16 days.
Note: Due to the large volume of frameset packaging, standard shipping for framesets would take around 1-2 months.
Shipping Destinations:
- We ship to most countries internationally. If your country is not on the list during checkout, please contact our customer support for further assistance.
Shipping Cost:
- For most orders, there is a flat shipping fee of $30USD regardless of the selected shipping method.
Free Shipping:
- We are pleased to offer free air shipping on most orders over $250 USD, regardless of the shipping method chosen. Please note that framesets are eligible for free shipping via sea shipping, but customers have the option to upgrade to air shipping by paying an additional fee.
Tracking Orders:
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and instructions on how to track your package.
Delivery Timeframes:
- Our aim is to deliver your items to you as quickly as possible. In general, items usually arrive within the estimated delivery times mentioned above. However, please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination and any unforeseen circumstances.
Items Requiring Additional Time:
- Some items in our inventory may require additional time for making. In such cases, we will notify you via email about the expected delay and provide you with an updated estimated shipping timeframe.
Customs and Import Taxes:
- For international orders, please be aware that customs duties, taxes, or import fees may be imposed by your country's customs authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
- In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer support within 14 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
